Sales: All custom-made item sales are final, unless, upon receipt, your item has been damaged in shipping and you included shipping insurance. We our proud of our customer satisfaction record and take full responsibility for providing you with the product you ordered, as shown and described. We double-check to make sure that all your items are carefully packaged to prevent damage during shipping. For the majority of products, we use USPS Priority Mail with a flat weight shipping price. We strongly suggest that you add shipping insurance. Any orders large enough to call for shipping by UPS Sandard Ground, Express Service, Overnight, etc., charges will be calculated per individual order. Any damage caused by the shipping service must be resolved through their customer service departments. We can help you by providing tracking numbers and any purchasing information needed to complete the reports.

Exchanges: Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our hand-crafted products, we do NOT accept returns or exchanges. However, if the package was damaged during delivery, we will take 100% responsibility to fix and replace it for you at NO charge.  Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and item must be received at Creative Handz within fourteen (14) from delivery date to buyer per delivery service records.

The Global Sun Oven(R) is the only item sent directly to the customer from the manufacturer. There is a full money-back guarantee if not satisfied within 30 days of purchase and/or replacement for a damaged oven offered by Sun Ovens International, Inc. and that guarantee is honored by Creative Handz. They are very good at sending out ovens within a day or two of receiving an order and you will be notified of any unreasonable delays. Refund request must be received within thirty (30) days of purchase/payment clearance date, Inspect your oven for damage as soon as possible after delivery. You will have to remove tight protective film over reflectors for the oven to work properly. Enjoy! 

For all hand-made custom items, delivery times are the same as for any original purchase delivery time, but they will go to the head of the line so that you can receive your replacement as soon as possible.  Please bear in mind that for any hand-built pottery items, the process is begun, again, and we have to wait for Mother Nature to dry your gift(s) completely before firing. You will always be kept apprised of the progress.

For all other items, we must have the item(s) returned in the original packaging within seven (7) days of receipt, according to the date of delivery as shown by delivery service records. Please do NOT return items without first contacting us for an RMA number and instructions on how to return your package. The new replacement will be shipped to you on the next business day.

Payment Plans: At this time, we are not accepting any payment plans, unless agreed to, in advance by our sales department at Creative Handz. There is a one-third (1/3) deposit required on all payment plan purchases, with the balance automatically deducted from your credit card by PayPal in equal monthly increments until paid in full. For every returned or unaccepted payment, there is an additional fee of $35.00 charged to your account, until balance is paid in full.


Any and all information collected by the CreativeHandz.com web site is held in the highest confidence. At no time will we sell, lend, read, or give out any of your information without your consent. This promise includes any information submitted through e-mail, telephone, or written correspondence. Contact us, immediately, if you feel that your privacy has been violated in any way so that we can take steps to correct the matter. If, for any reason, because of future developments of CreativeHandz.com, it becomes necessary to change our privacy policy, the effective date of this change will be posted on the web site. If you continue to use the site following the notice of any change, it will be presumed that you have agreed to such change.

If you disagree with these terms, please discontinue using the site. If you request any information by using one of the request forms provided on some of our pages within the website, this information is for the sole use of CreativeHandz.com staff to furnish you with the information you may have requested. Once your request has gone through the cycle of your furnishing us with your information and us providing you with the information requested, your e-mail address will be placed on our subscriber list for future mailings of our newsletter. You’ll be given the opportunity to choose not to receive any promotional emails from us by using the “unsubscribe” instructions (in the e-mail that is sent to you) or by contacting us. Please put "Requesting Removal" in your subject line. We will respond to this request as soon as possible.
